Starting from January 01, 2013 Crystal Ltd. suspends sales of thermoelectric elements as a separate product. From now on we will be using thermoelectric elements only for manufacturing of our own products (thermoelectric modules and thermoelectric assemblies).
We developed the technology of manufacturing of thermoelectric assemblies and now A2A-125-48-54 produces 150W of cooling power. 150W of cooling power at the price of 125W.

Crystal Ltd. was represented at the poster exhibition dated to the fourteenth session of Presidential Commission for Modernization and Technological Development of Russia's Economy. The session took place on July 27, 2010 at the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS".
Within the scope of company long-term development plan the artesian well was put into operation at the mass production factory in Tula Region. The capacity of well is 16 m3/h, horizon of water lifting: -76 m. Putting the well into operation allowed decreasing the cost of water used at production and achieving independence form central water supply.
Within the scope of company long-term development plan the vacuum assemblies park closed circuit liquid cooling system was put into operation at the mass production factory in Tula Region. This system allows decreasing the cost of technological operation "Application of multilayer commutation metallization by vacuum deposition method".

Crystal Ltd.'s representatives successfully took part in the annual International Conference on Thermoelectrics (ICT-2008) in the beautiful college town of Corvallis Oregon (USA), on the campus of Oregon State University. World leaders from scientific institutes, organizations and manufacturing companies in the field of thermoelectricity showed their great interest to presentation of the Crystal Ltd. on theme "The influence of the cutting technology on damaged layers depth in large-grain ingots of thermoelectric materials with grown texture". Besides that, many interesting discussions held near stand with the following posters of the Crystal Ltd.: 1. "The influence of Molybdenum magnetron layer on cooling modules thermal stability". 2. "Thermoelectric modules reliability improvement methods". Crystal Ltd. would like to express its gratitude to all participants interested in the latest R&D works of the Crystal Ltd. Crystal Ltd. won a competition in Federal Program named "R&D works in priority directions of Russia' technology complex development in 2007-2012". In result a Government Contract "The manufacturing & processing technology development of thermoelectric materials based on Bismuth-Telluride solid solutions; creation of high efficient thermoelectric elements and organization of their mass-production" was concluded. To fulfill the contract some partner companies were invited within bounds of a new consortium. The fundamental scientific issues are guided by Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys together with Moscow Bauman State Technology University. The R&D works under the contract assume creation of thermoelectric materials and modules with improvement characteristics, and devices on their base.
