"C" - Series, "Cycle"

High performance thermoelectric modules for long lifetime power cycling (cooling/heating).

"H" - Series, "Hot"

High performance thermoelectric modules for high temperature applications.

"D" - Series, High Power Density Modules ("HPDM")

High performance thermoelectric modules for the applications where device (lasers, chip tests devices, etc.) generates a lot of heat that need to be dissipated continuously or for a short time.

Definitions:

Imax - Maximum current, input current resulting in ΔT= ΔTmax;
Umax - Voltage at ΔT= ΔTmax;
Qmax - Maximum heat pumping capacity at I= Imax and ΔT= 0, measured in vacuum;
ΔTmax - Maximum temperature difference at I= Imax and Qmax= 0, measured in vacuum;
Thot - Module hot side temperature;
AxB - Cold/Hot side dimensions;
H - Total height of module.
